Tri-State Plastics, Inc. has developed the processes of cutting material into various shapes and sizes. We custom die cut materials against a cutting edge of a 2 dimensional shape formed into a steel rule die. The result is a part shaped like the die. Match metal tools are used for extreme tolerances.
