Tri-State Plastics, Inc. offers after molding assembly. We provide the adhesion of substrates to formed plastic parts. We use a vacuum bag method in conjunction with adhesives to provide complete surface bounding. These substrates are used to eliminate vibration, noise and provide insulation. Substrate can be bonded for reinforcement. Also, we will attach hardware as desired. Hole placement for hardware is provided by our CNC machining stations.
