Tri-State Plastics provides custom injection molding of small parts, with small quantity requirements. We offer our customers the use of our existing mud frames and die sets. This
provides our customers with low tooling costs.
Frame sizes - 4.5" x 6.25" to 8" by 13"
Press sizes - 55 ton to 300 ton
Material inventory includes: ABS, Styrene, PVC, Urethane and Nylon.
We will support your products design team to develop product concepts, produce prototype products, and interface with our selected tool shops to build the sample cavity to fit our mud frames. This will provide you with the minimum lead time as possible. |
